Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones, usually in the shape of an oval or rectangle used for relaxation or anxiety relief. The action of moving one's thumb back and forth across the smooth stone is thought to reduce stress!
Selenite is one of our favorite crystals to share with intuits and intuitive children. Selenite is often associated with the power of light, purity and the heavenly realms. In our practice we often use selenite to energetically feel, sense and symbolize the light within the dark. It is a perfect point of focus for moments of fear and dis-ease.
Recharge this crystal periodically by placing in direct sunlight for a few hours. Do not place in water!
