Energetic Clearing and Refreshment for Your Living Space Does the energy of your living space and property feel stagnant, stale, heavy, tired, dull, or darker then usual? The energy of our living space affects the energy of our bodies and minds. It is very difficult to feel motivated in a space that feels heavy. The world pandemic forced most people into a state of hibernation that did not last one season, but many. Hibernation is a time of rest during the darker months. By definition, it is a state of minimal activity and metabolic depression. More importantly from an energetic perspective, it is a time where energy moves slowly or stops, in order to conserve itself. When the world took a pause, we took a pause, and the energy of our living space and property took a pause. Let us help you clear out the old tired energy, bring in fresh energy, and get the flow of your space moving again! *PLEASE NOTE* In the appointment confirmation email, you will receive a form or intake. This needs to be filled out and sent back to TriLia prior to the date of your house clearing.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Payments for Services Payment is expected at time of service unless the service is a reading or long distance healing. For a long distance healing and/or reading payment must be received before the session will be scheduled. Payment can be in the form of cash, check, and PayPal. Please make checks payable to ‘Tri Lia LLC.’ Fees for Returned Checks There is a $20 charge for returned checks to cover the inconvenience and bank fee. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy If for some reason you have to cancel your scheduled service, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service. Please reschedule prepaid sessions within the next three months or ask for a refund. Rescheduling will be dependent upon availability. For prepaid long distance healings and/or readings: * If you adhere to the 24 hour notice policy, you are eligible to receive 100% refund if you chose not to reschedule. * If you do not adhere to the 24 hour notice policy you may forfeit 50% of your session payment. * If you do not reschedule your prepaid session within three months from cancellation, you may forfeit 100% of your session payment. Confirmation Policy Scheduled appointments are confirmed 12-24 hours prior to appointment via email or text message. Confidentiality Policy All information received prior to and during the session is held in strictest confidence and not shared with a third party. No information will be released without your written consent.
